First Maintenance began more than 40 years ago as a family-owned, Oklahoma-based commercial janitorial company founded by the Lewis family. Built on reliability, hard work, and community relationships, the company quickly became a trusted service provider for local businesses.
Decades of Experience
When Owner/CEO Greg Meacham acquired the company, he brought decades of experience and executive leadership in diversified industries such as architectural, engineering, construction, and aerospace defence. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Greg continues to honor the Lewis family’s commitment to serving the people and communities that helped shape Oklahoma into the vibrant state it is today. With a vision to elevate First Maintenance into a fully integrated real estate services provider, he has expanded the company far beyond its original offerings in order to meet our customers’ ever changing needs. The current vision focuses on Oklahoma with the goal to expand into other states in the future.
