I do not have enough great things to say about this company and the crew that helped out our business. We had a pretty intense water leak at a facility that works with kiddos. Jason, David and Johnathan are all knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Jason was my first point of contact and he explained the full process to me, answered any of my questions and ensured that we had anything and everything we needed. David did our readings and took care of us during the drying process and he was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond each time he touched base at our facility. He walked me through any improvements, discussed problem areas and if I had any questions, he handled them immediately and promptly. Dealing with damages to your home or business is never easy, but it helps to feel informed and taken care of throughout the restoration process. If you want to work with a company that will provide you exceptional customer service and professionalism, these are the guys for you. Truly a top tier team.

Had a major mold infestation so I searched for a 5 star company and after using them I see why they have a 5 Star rating. They provided a detailed estimate, took pictures before, during and after. Keeping me informed of progress and problems along the way.

David and his team did a fantastic job. Our project was a large and complex, as a slow leak had spread mold behind our bathroom tile/tub, and into our coat closet, heater closet, and several cabinets. We appreciated the team coordinating with trusted plumbers and HVAC contacts to make sure the job was done right and all mold was removed. The Precision team was professional, efficient, upfront about costs, and knowledgeable. My husband, Jordan, and I really appreciate all the hard work and enjoyed getting to know the team!

First off let me say that I always try to find local & veteran owned businesses before I call the big corporate ones. This was my first and only call I needed to make. They were quick to get to me, and took time to really walk through every step of the process with me.
Jason was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done & walked me through every step so there were no surprises. He even helped answer questions I had for my insurance adjuster.
David was super sweet. Such a hard worker and very good at his job. We ended up ordering pizza and treating him to lunch and got to chatting.
Laura was great with handling payment and checking in on us to see if we needed anything else.
This company really treats their customers like family and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
We were so lost when we walked into our guest room & found it under water and the walls and carpeting covered in mold. We had no clue how long the leak had been coming through the wall from our laundry room. They were out within just a few hours & jumped right in to get us dried up and on the road to recovery.
Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere. They have all the knowledge & skills to take care of any issues you have.

Jason and his team did an amazing job with some really entrenched mold issues in a rural house I was selling. They went above and beyond to make sure it passed testing and when we ran into issues that required more demolition and treatment, Jason was quick to communicate and share the plan to get past what we found. After a freeze here in Oklahoma, my house was in need of water mitigation services for a home emergency. Jason came out quickly for an assessment.

During the assessment, he walked me and my wife through the entire process of what to expect from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, he and his team made sure that our needs were taken care of.

Also, special thanks to Anthony (our day-to-day man) who did a lot of the work for us. He came out for daily humidity readings, checked on our overall healthy and safety, and always showed up on-time and texted when he was on his way over.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Nick and his crew are outstanding. We tore out a built in desk that was below a window in our bonus room and were shocked to find black mold on the wall behind it (confirmed by an independent mold tester that it was in fact stach - the toxic black mold). Nick spent so much time explaining everything to me and putting my mind at ease that they would be able to get it taken care of and my family would be safe. He was great at communicating and answering questions and made a very stressful situation better.

Once the work began, I was amazed at their process to prevent cross contamination and how thorough they were. Quality, quality, quality. This was HARD and detailed work on their part, so it’s worth every penny. When it came to the final step of the remediation process (fogging my upstairs) Nick took the EXTRA step and EXTRA work to completely barrier seal off a room downstairs that I had my fish in to make sure they were extra safe.

He and his crew are kind and hardworking, and they make sure you are informed every step of the way. I have every confidence that our mold problem has been taken care of, thanks to these guys.

We had a pipe burst during the February freeze and I had no clue where to begin. The insurance company was overwhelmed and unhelpful as to what steps I needed to take. This was my first time making a homeowners claim and I was completely in the dark about where to start. I met Nick in the Homedepot parking lot by chance after seeing the decal on the side of his truck, explained my situation and he met me at my house within 20 minutes after. He went over the process of remediation and how the insurance process works in detail. Made me for more comfortable about the whole They immediately got to work tearing out the exposed areas and set up there equipment, explaining what each thing is doing and why its being put there. Nick and Will constantly kept me in the loop and checked the progress daily, Will even stopped by off the clock to remove a couple of staples he just remembered. Overall these guys are knowledgeable and passionate in their profession and go to great lengths to help when you have a disaster in your home.

Our home had a plumbing leak that left almost 2” of water in our whole downstairs. Our insurance sent out a different company that did a horrible job and actually left our home still wet and growing mold in a few areas. A friend suggested Nick and his crew, and we could not have been more pleased with their work. The next morning I call my agent and he recommended Nick at Precision Nick came out that morning and clam me down and said that him and his guys will take care of everything to make sure I didn’t have any mold or any of that and Nick did just that. We had water damage from a rain storm three weeks ago (damaged roof and interior). We woke to find our daughter’s room flooded at 6am. My wife posted about it on our neighborhood Facebook page at about 7:30am. Nick at Precision contacted us and was on location by 9am. From that point forward, we were in good hands. He assessed the damage, located the leak, dried our daughters room, and basically held our hand through the process. The situation was far worse than we initially thought, but Nick and his team made the process as simple and pleasant as possible for us. Our insurance adjuster (who typically recommends his own contractors) told us Nick really knew his stuff and recommended we use Nick as our general contractor for reconstruction as well as water mitigation. Nick took the reigns and made a terrible situation as comfortable for myself and my family as possible. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with his services. I highly recommend him for any of your restoration needs. This is only one instance with which I’m familiar, but the fact our insurance adjuster was also impressed with Nick and his team, speaks volumes. Thank you Nick! I hope I never need him again, but he will be my first call if disaster strikes.
